Policy & Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your purchase.
1. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
• Any personal details shared with us (name, contact number, address, payment confirmation, etc.) are used only for order processing and delivery purposes
• We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties, except courier companies for order delivery.
• All conversations, designs, and customer data remain confidential.
• By placing an order, you consent to us collecting and using your information strictly for business operations.
2. Product Information & Quality Assurance
• Our press-on nails are premium quality gel nails.
• They are flexible and soft enough to handle normal daily activities.
• Any breakage, cracks, stains, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
3. Design, Custom Orders & Visual Disclaimer
• All custom designs are handmade.
. Any set we make, we have full rights to post on our social media accounts unless discussed before placing an order.
• Final designs are 80–85% similar to the reference image and not an exact 100% replica. (custom designs)
• We do not share final pictures or step-by-step progress pictures for custom sets.
• Once a set is completed, no changes can be made.
• If you have reviewed our work and place an order, it means you accept our design style and execution.
4. Shade Disclaimer
• Nail shades may appear slightly different in real life due to lighting, camera quality, and screen differences.
• Color variation is normal and does not qualify for complaints or replacements.
5. Shapes & Lengths
• All nail shapes are standard shapes shown in our shape highlights.
• If no exact shape name is mentioned while ordering, we will use the closest available shape and similar length.
6. Payments & Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after full paymentis received.
Order can not be cancelled once payment is made. - Processing will not begin without payment confirmation.
- Screenshots alone do not confirm an order unless payment is successfully received.
7. Delivery Timeline Policy
• Delivery timelines are clearly mentioned at checkout or in DM at the time of ordering.
• Timeline cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• If payment is made later and timelines have changed, the order will follow the updated timeline.
• We do not send repeated confirmations; customers are responsible for reconfirming timelines before payment.
• Our usual timelines range between 10–25 days, depending on workload.
LOCAL POLICY (PAKISTAN)
This section applies only to orders delivered within Pakistan.
Size Issues (Local Only)
• If one nail size is incorrect, inform us within 24 hours.
• We will take the correct size and dispatch the replacement nail within one week.
• If two or more nail sizes are incorrect, the full set must be returned first.
• A new set will be dispatched within one week after we receive the previous set.
Delivery for Size Issues
• Normal delivery:
– If pickup is possible, we will arrange it.
– If not, the customer will send via Leopard, and delivery cost will be covered by us.
• Urgent delivery orders:
– Customer must send the set back via Leopard
– Replacement will be dispatched within one week.
Refunds & Returns (Local)
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY (ALL COUNTRIES)
This policy applies ONLY to orders delivered to international addresses.
Sizes (International Only)
• International orders include multiple nail sizes to avoid sizing issues.
• Due to this, no size replacements, exchanges, or returns are offered for international orders.
Payments (International)
• International payments may take time, especially when third-party apps are involved.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is fully received in our account.
• We recommend using direct and legitimate bank channels to avoid delays.
• Order processing will begin only after payment clearance.
Refunds & Returns (International)
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on international orders.
8. Courier & Dispatch Policy
• Once an order is dispatched, no changes, instructions, or special requests can be added.
• Delivery is handled entirely by courier companies.
• Any delays caused by the courier company are out of our control.
• If a customer fails to receive their order on the first delivery attempt, re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
9. Customer Conduct
• We expect respectful and kind communication at all times.
• Any rude, abusive, or aggressive behavior toward our team will result in immediate blocking without refund.
